According to the CIPD Annual Survey Report 2005 ‘Recruitment, Retention and Turnover’ during 2004 85% of organisations experienced recruitment difficulties. 63% of respondents said that a lack of specialist skills was one of the main reasons for their recruitment problems and 59% said lack of experience.

  • As SPR we understand the need for recruiting skilled and experienced candidates, which is why we are not trying to provide a general recruitment service. Instead, we operate in the professional services sector and this means we have an understanding of your industry’s specific needs and a niche database of qualified candidates.

  • We deliberately do not have a large database of candidates with mediocre skills and experience, we only select to work with and introduce to our clients highly qualified, skilled and experienced Marketing and PR personnel with the personality to ideally fit into their organisation - whatever the level.

  • Uniquely, our database of candidates is predominantly built up through recommendations, referrals and by networking amongst specialist professionals and business groups. Like you, it is important we keep up-to-date knowledge of our business environment.

  • As a client your ideal employee may not be looking for you - so occasionally your vacancy may well need to be supported by advertising. If this is the case, it will be strategically targeted to entice the right people to apply.
