We don’t work with hundreds of candidate CVs . We prefer to work with a select database of candidates, many of whom come to us as a result of networking or even word of mouth.

We work closely with you to form a greater understanding of you as an individual. This allows us to develop an honest and open working relationship, thus enabling us to make more informed decisions about where and what kind of organisation would suit you best, in terms of personality as well as required skills and qualifications. Therefore, we do ask that our candidates regularly keep in touch with us by email and telephone to update us of any changes in their circumstances, or simply to let us know if they are still looking for work.

We take the strain out of finding your next career move - we agree with you from the start where, who and what kind of organisation you would ideally like to work for. At SPR, we understand how frustrating it can be when there is no news about how you went on at your interviews so we will always get back to you and keep you updated.
