We don’t work with hundreds of candidate
CVs . We prefer to work with a select database of candidates,
many of whom come to us as a result of networking or even word
of mouth.

We work closely with you to form a greater
understanding of you as an individual. This allows us to develop
an honest and open working relationship, thus enabling us to
make more informed decisions about where and what kind of organisation
would suit you best, in terms of personality as well as required
skills and qualifications. Therefore, we do ask that our candidates
regularly keep in touch with us by email and telephone to update
us of any changes in their circumstances, or simply to let us
know if they are still looking for work.
