| This top ten accountancy and business advisory group is looking for a National Outsourcing Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director and the Outsourcing Board with an additional reporting line to The National Head of Marketing.
This varied role offers the opportunity to contribute both strategically and tactically and in both cases, there is a need for a hands-on approach in tackling the challenges in the job. The position will be office based with travel between offices in the North West.
In experience terms, the fundamental requirement is for a proven track record of marketing success, ideally in Finance and Accounting or a related Business Process environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to set and achieve measurable marketing objectives as well as experience in developing and launching new products/services. Experience of managing in a matrix structure would be an advantage as would experience of developing sales channels.
Applicants should be positive self starters and natural organisers with high attention to detail. At the same time they should be able to see the bigger picture and to demonstrate resilience and tenacity in working towards a longer term goal.
Our client is looking for proven influencing and people management skills with the ability to manage and command respect from remote teams as well as the capability to influence staff that do not report directly and may have differing priorities. In addition, the capability to communicate at all levels and to win the confidence of local managers and directors is important and this should be aligned to adaptability and a flexible attitude to change. Above all, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about proving that marketing can and does deliver measurable business value and above all “make it happen”!
